How do I book or make an enquiry?
  • Use the “Contact Me” panel on the Services page for one-off questions.
  • Prefer tickets? Open the request portal for clearer scope and scheduling.
What do you need from me before work starts?
  • A short description of the problem or goal.
  • Any relevant logins (shared securely), files, or screenshots.
  • Preferred times and any deadlines.

What stack do you use?

Provider-agnostic: CDN-backed pages, serverless functions, and managed data (DB/KV). We choose vendors to suit your budget and portability needs—no lock-in by design.

Will this work with my CRM?

Yes—works with common CRM pipelines like Zoho and HubSpot (lead capture, simple automations).

How much will it cost to run?

For typical SME traffic, usage costs are usually low (often within free/low-tier limits). Expect a brief sizing chat if you anticipate spikes.

Support & Security

What are your support hours?

Business hours by default. Limited after-hours support is available by arrangement.

How do you handle access and credentials?
  • Use a password manager and MFA where possible.
  • Share credentials securely; rotate or revoke after engagement if desired.
Do you take backups?

You’re responsible for your data unless we’re explicitly engaged to implement backups. We can set up sensible backup/restore for devices, sites, and servers.

What do you build?
  • Proxmox server (ZFS) with drive layout plan.
  • Workstations tuned for video/CAD/data.
  • Gaming PCs (1440p/4K targets, noise budgets).
Parts, warranties & targets
  • Parts sourced to your budget/requirements; availability and pricing can change.
  • Component warranties via manufacturers; we’ll help with reasonable liaison.
  • Performance depends on workload, environment, and component variance.

Engagement, estimates & scheduling
  • Scoped estimates provided where helpful (not fixed quotes unless stated).
  • Start times subject to availability and dependencies (access, parts).
Pricing & payment
  • Time-and-materials unless otherwise agreed.
  • Upfront payment/deposit may be required for parts or third-party purchases.
  • Invoices due per terms; late payment may pause services.
Cancellations & rescheduling
  • Please provide reasonable notice where possible.
  • Non-refundable costs (e.g., special-order parts) may still be charged.
